CURIOUS WHETHER YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES?
Our Skilled Staff services may be provided to a patient insured by Medicare who has a primary need for skilled nursing, physical and/or speech therapy, home health aide, and/or occupational therapy on an intermittent basis.

You may qualify for home health services if you qualify under your Medicare/Medicaid benefits. Patient’s considered ‘homebound’ because extended absences from your home require considerable and taxing efforts for medical reasons, or infrequently and of short duration when for other reasons as outlined by your Primary Care Physician.

Need assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, and/or dressing?

Need the assistance of another person to leave their home or getting in and out of a vehicle?

Use assistance devices such as canes, walkers, and/or a wheelchair?
