Kure Home Health was founded in 2019 and began serving patients in 2021. Owned and operated by Parminder Binning, a Nurse Practitioner with over eighteen years of experience, we are committed to providing reliable and compassionate home health care services. Our CEO, Parminder Binning, leads the agency with a wealth of knowledge and a passion for empowering our patients to achieve their highest level of function and independence
Accreditation and Personalized Care: We are proudly accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). Our certified practitioners work closely with our patients and their physicians to develop and manage truly personalized home health plans that are most convenient for their needs. Parm Binning
RN, FNP
Parminder Binning is the CEO and Chairwoman of Kure Medical Solutions, Inc., leading the company since its inception in 2017. With over eighteen years of experience in the medical field, Parm’s journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and progressed to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Fresno, and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Parm’s commitment to healthcare goes beyond professional achievement; it is driven by a deep-seated belief in providing the highest quality care for those who need it most. She has devoted her career to making a difference in the lives of the elderly, the weak, and those who cannot help themselves. Her extensive experience across Subacute Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Acute Care Hospitals, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, and Fast Track Emergency Rooms has only strengthened her resolve to be an advocate for her patients.

She understands the profound trust that families place in her team and strives to honor that trust by ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, personalized care. GOON PATTANUMOTANA
CFO
Goon Pattanumotana has been the Chief Financial Officer of Kure Medical Solutions, Inc. since October 2018. He brings a diverse background with experience in finance, education, journalism, and real estate. Previously, Goon served as an economist and economics instructor at Clovis Community College from 2002 to 2018, and as a research director and journalist for the San Diego Business Journal from 1997 to 2002. Since 2009, he has also worked as an entertainment journalist and celebrity interviewer with LRM Online.
In addition to his academic and journalism roles, Goon founded and managed a real estate brokerage firm, Patta & Co., from 2005 to 2016, and operated an online retailer, n-Venture.com, Inc., from 1998 to 2001. He also contributed to the 1996 Republican National Convention as assistant media relations director and served on Fresno’s Southeast Fresno Redevelopment and Revitalization Committee from 2014 to 2018.
Goon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA with a focus in Marketing Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the California and Fresno Associations of Realtors.

Harinder Singh
RN
Harinder Singh is the Administrator and DPCS Designee at Kure Home Health, bringing over 10 years of extensive experience across various healthcare settings. Since joining Kure in August 2019, Harinder has been instrumental in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that the highest standards of patient care are consistently met.
In addition to his role at Kure, Harinder serves as a Floor Manager at Kaiser Permanente and as a Charge Nurse in a busy ER at SAMC, where he has managed critical care operations, conflict resolution, and staff supervision since 2014. His prior experience includes working as a Registered Nurse at Community Regional Medical Center, where he provided care for patients with complex medical needs, and delivering specialized home health services at Interim Home Health.
Harinder holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fresno Pacific University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Fresno City College. Known for his strong leadership, conflict resolution skills, wound care expertise, and proficiency in IV therapy, Harinder is a compassionate and dedicated professional who is deeply committed to improving patient outcomes and supporting his team.

Pardeep Binning
LVN , Operations Manager
Pardeep Binning joined Kure Home Health as Operations Manager in 2021, bringing extensive experience in healthcare and home health. Since becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in 2017, Pardeep has accumulated a wealth of knowledge across various settings, including Long Term Care and Home Health Care. With over five years of experience in Home Health Care, he has also earned his Wound Care Certification, further enhancing his expertise.
Pardeep began his medical career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, driven by a deep passion to provide more for his patients. This dedication led him to pursue his LVN license. Before joining Kure Home Health, he served as the Administrative Manager for UCSF Helen Diller Family Cancer Center. Despite his success there, Pardeep’s love for the Central Valley ultimately brought him back to Fresno, CA.
Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English, Pardeep is committed to delivering exceptional care and operational excellence at Kure Home Health.

Lead Administrative/Office Assistant
Diana Verduzco-Contreras has over three years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in the home health industry. In her role at Kure Home Health, she is instrumental in managing office operations, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Her expertise includes coordinating patient referrals, verifying insurance eligibility, and assisting with quality assurance processes. Diana’s proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills help streamline daily activities and enhance overall efficiency.
Diana is currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Human Biology at Fresno City College and holds certifications as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician and in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association. Her educational background and certifications, combined with her practical experience, provide a strong foundation for her role at Kure Home Health. Diana's dedication to supporting patient care and her commitment to maintaining high standards make her an invaluable member of the team.
Leonardo Orrostieta
Marketing Specialist
Leo is a passionate and dedicated patient liaison at Kure Home Health, bringing over 12 years of diverse experience in the medical field. His journey began as an intake coordinator for a nationwide respiratory and durable medical equipment (DME) company, where he provided services across the Central Valley. This experience gave Leo an invaluable understanding of patient care coordination and the critical role of medical equipment in enhancing the quality of life.
In 2015, Leo transitioned into marketing for DME, focusing on promoting solutions that directly benefit patient care. By 2018, he expanded his expertise to include home health services, recognizing the vital connection between comprehensive healthcare and patient well-being.
At Kure Home Health, Leo plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between referring sources and the Kure team to ensure smooth transitions and avoid delays in patient care. His dedication to patient advocacy is evident in his devotion to ensuring a seamless referral process and providing patients with timely and quality care.
Throughout his career, Leo has worked closely with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and medical offices, forming partnerships that have positively impacted countless lives. His commitment to improving healthcare outcomes aligns perfectly with Kure Home Health’s mission. As a bridge between healthcare providers and patients, Leo ensures everyone receives the care, services, and resources they need to thrive at home.
